One box of reagents comes with 16 sampling kits.

① Collect eye, nasopharyngeal swabs, break off the swab head and put it into the sample preservation liquid tube, tighten the bottle cap, invert and mix 10 times for use.
② Take 200ul of EDTA anticoagulated whole blood and add it to a new sample preservation liquid tube, tighten the bottle cap, invert and mix 10 times for use.
③ Take 100ul of sample liquid from each of the above two sample preservation liquid tubes, add the extraction reagent LB well, and perform the extraction and detection operation according to the normal process.
